Living with pets can present challenges, even more so when renting. At Viera Aiken Apartments, we don't think it has to be challenging at all. We believe four-legged companions can dramatically increase the quality of life our residents' experience, and that’s why we welcome two pets per apartment home.
You'll find a wonderful Bark Park right here at Viera Aiken! At our Dog Park - "Puphill Commons," your furry friends can run, jump, and play with their pals in a fenced-in, leash-free environment! You can also stroll through our community with your leashed pet and enjoy the lush, green surroundings. Be sure to stop by the office with your pet to say hi! We love our pets, and we'd love to know yours too. Plus, we always keep the office stocked with treats for your pampered pals!
Our residents take great pride in their well-kept community, and we encourage all pet owners to keep a supply of bags on hand for the disposal of waste in the provided receptacles.

- $300 non-refundable pet fee for first pet.
